MIAMI, FL—Swire Properties today announced the return to Miami of Christoper Gandolfo, following a two year assignment in Shanghai, China with parent company Swire Properties Limited. Upon rejoining the Miami team, Gandolfo has been promoted to Vice President of Development.
In China, Gandolfo served as Director overseeing the pre-development phase of Swire Properties’ Dazhongli project in the fashionable Nanjing District of Shanghai. One of four massive, mixed use projects that Swire has underway in mainland China, Dazhongli will be comprised of four million square feet of high end shopping, office tower and three hotels upon completion.
A Florida native, Gandolfo has served in progressively responsible construction management roles during his twelve years at Swire Properties in Miami and Shanghai. Amongst his portfolio of successful Swire projects are the hotel Mandarin Oriental, Miami and the condominium towers Jade, Carbonell and ASIA. Prior to joining Swire Properties, Gandolfo was a manager at Turner Construction.
