MIAMI, FL—Today Swire Properties announces three new staff appointments to the Miami team, which is expanding in anticipation of the development of Brickell CitiCentre, a 5 million square foot mixed use project planned to commence construction in Second Quarter next year.
New to the Swire Properties’ team are David Gross, joining as Construction Cost Accountant for the Brickell CitiCentre project. With 23 years of experience, Gross comes to Swire from Pavarini Construction Company. Seconded from Swire Properties Ltd, the Hong Kong parent company, is Lap Ting Cheung. Having successfully completed the extensive management training program offered by Swire, Cheung will serve as Research Manager for the Brickell CitiCentre development. In the technology support area, the new hire is Mark Mooney, previously with Reitek Consulting and a 7 year veteran of providing IT solutions to business. Mooney joins Swire Properties as Systems Administrator.
