Swire Properties Appoints Jolyon Culbertson as Vice President of Commercial Portfolio Management for Brickell City Centre

Swire Properties Inc, one of South Florida’s leading international developers of urban real estate, today announced that Jolyon Culbertson has been appointed vice president, commercial portfolio management for Brickell City Centre.

In this new position, Culbertson will oversee all of the organizational set up, legal documentation, allocation of operations costs to various commercial assets and property management structure and staffing on behalf of the commercial portfolio for the Brickell City Centre project. Prior to this new appointment, he was the vice president of retail leasing for Swire Properties.

“Throughout his 35-year career, Jolyon has proven himself to be a dedicated professional who understands the intricacies of commercial real estate development,” said Steven Owens, president of Swire Properties. “His new appointment allows us to streamline operations which are critical when building a project the magnitude of Brickell City Centre.”
Phase one of the billion dollar Brickell City Centre project is under construction in the heart of Miami’s Brickell district and upon completion in 2015 will comprise a luxury shopping center, two residential towers, EAST, Miami by Swire Hotels, serviced apartments, wellness center and Class-A offices.
