Swire Properties Inc., one of South Florida’s leading international developers of urban real estate, today announced that ONE Sotheby’s International Realty and Fortune International Realty will lead sales and marketing for Brickell City Centre’s condominium residences.
The innovative concept of combining two realty firms for the sales of a major residential development is a first in Miami, conceived by Maile Aguila, senior vice president of sales for Swire Properties. Aguila, who understands the appeal of the Brickell area to the global market and the need for comprehensive outreach, chose ONE Sotheby’s International Realty and Fortune International Realty for the prestigious sales assignment. The selected firms offer the complementary sales strengths and expansive geographical reach so important to a project of the scope and magnitude of Brickell City Centre. Aguila, who has more than two decades of experience with Swire Properties in Miami, will oversee the entire sales strategy and joint effort.

ONE Sotheby’s and Fortune will provide a seamless client experience by sharing a singular sales office with one main entrance and seating area, but will maintain separate office working environments.

Both brokerages will begin sales efforts in April for the 820 condominium residences currently under construction as part of phase one of Brickell City Centre. The first phase is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2015 and will also include a luxury shopping center, hotel EAST, Miami by Swire Hotels, a wellness center and Class-A offices.
