Triumphant residential sales at Brickell City Centre’s Reach Condominium leads to early release of Rise inventory.
Swire Properties Inc, one of South Florida’s leading international developers of urban real estate, today announced the launch of sales for Rise, one of two luxury condominium towers in Brickell City Centre, the landmark billion dollar mixed-use development in the heart of Miami’s Brickell district. The launch of sales at Rise follows strong demand for Reach, Brickell City Centre’s first luxury condominium tower, which has currently sold over 75 percent of its condominium units.
In recognition of these milestones, Brickell City Centre will be celebrating with a private event Nov. 12, highlighted by an exclusive fashion installation by Saks Fifth Avenue Bal Harbour. Saks Fifth Avenue was recently announced as the department store anchor for Brickell City Centre.
Designed by world-renowned architecture firm Arquitectonica and interiors by acclaimed design firm Richardson Sadeki, Rise is artfully integrated into the master-planned Brickell City Centre. Comprised of one-to-four bedroom apartments and seven penthouses, the 390 homes are priced from $550,000 to $2.7 million, with penthouse prices provided upon request.
Located at 88 SW Seventh St., the 43-story tower places residents at the very epicenter of a world-class multi-level shopping center, restaurants, Class A offices and carefully planned public areas.
Amenities will raise the standard of Miami living in Rise, which will feature a half-acre outdoor amenity deck with tropical gardens, an exclusive Hammam spa with blow-out bar and nail salon, state-of-the-art fitness center, library, poolside café service, tech-savvy children’s room, heated lap and social pools, entertainment suite, business center, secured parking garage and 24-hour valet.
“Brickell City Centre is a testament to a city that is rapidly growing and demanding a more sophisticated, connected and accessible urban core,” said Maile Aguila, senior vice president of sales for Swire Properties. “Miami, as an international gateway city, is embracing a more dynamic metropolitan way of living, working and playing, which is evidenced by the spurred sales at this forward-thinking project,” she said.
Over the past four decades, Swire Properties has been developing world-class mixed-use properties internationally, creating spaces where people can live, work, play and visit. Known for its $1 billion master-planned development of Brickell Key in Downtown Miami, Swire continues to transform Miami from a beach destination into a sophisticated metropolis with Brickell City Centre.
